REGISTRATION AND ACCOMODATION

Registration fees

Registration fee is:
50 EUR until June 30, 2002.
65 EUR from July 1, 2002.

Fee includes Get Together Party and conference material.

Registration forms and hotel accommodation must be submitted prior to June 30, 2002.

Cancellation: The participant that informs the First Class Travel Agency about congress and hotel reservation cancellation (in writing or by e-mail), prior to August 15, 2002 will receive reimbursement amounting to 80% of the registration fee and full hotel deposit. After this date money will not be returned.

12th Congress of the International Cardiac Doppler Society will be held at the hotel
Sofitel Victoria Warsaw located very close to the city centre, walking distance from
the Old Town area and only 10 km from the Warsaw Airport OkÍcie, from which it
can be most conveniently reached by bus 175 (the stop is in front of hotel Europejski).
Recommended taxi corporations are: Merc, Sawa and Radio Taxi 919.
Climate

In September the weather in Warsaw is generally quite warm yet and quite sunny,
although it may rain. The temperature during the day can range from 18° to 25° C.

Hotel prices include breakfast and taxes.
Your hotel booking will be accepted only upon receipt of the payment of registration fee + hotel deposit equivalent to one night at the chosen hotel. Hotel deposit will be credited to your hotel bill.
